HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY FRIEND/ BROTHER/ SISTER/COUSIN/ WIFE/ BOYFRIEND OUT OF JAIL?

We know it can be scary when a friend or family member gets taken to jail. We will work quickly to ensure that you will be reunited with your loved one as soon as a judge has set bail.

Our Seminole County agents can put up the full amount of bail and approve a bond in minutes. We can explain any charges pending, search for any outstanding warrants, and handle matters quickly and confidentially over the telephone.

When you speak to one of our agents, we will begin working on the necessary bond, paperwork, and information. If anything extra is needed, then we will let you know, or we will help you get that information through the Seminole County Bail Bonds Service. Ask us any questions that you have; our agents have many years of experience with these procedures, and when you work with us we can guide you through the process as part of our services.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THIS BOND?

When it comes to writing your bond, our agency will take financial responsibility for posting bail, knowing that some collateral may be required. Our agency charges fees as set by law, and not a penny more. For most bonds, this charge is ten percent; for federal cases, the charge is fifteen percent; and for immigration cases, the charge is fifteen percent. We understand that these are tough financial times, and we can accept major credit cards, money orders, cash, or personal checks so that a house is not needed as collateral.
